    I love that it was originally an April Fools joke. =) If only it came in non-clip on form. =( I can't bring myself to wear a clip-on tie, as awesome of a clip-on tie as it is. =(

    I love that it was originally an April Fools joke. =) If only it came in non-clip on form. =( I can't bring myself to wear a clip-on tie, as awesome of a clip-on tie as it is. =(

    I have the same tie, and trust me, it wouldn't work as a non-clipon. Unless you can somehow tie a knot into an pixellated shape, that is. It's well made and high quality...not your normal clip on tie.

    You would have to be shorter than PeasantDave, TheMarshall (Capt. Cactus) and BrokenAngel. I don't know if you're up to that challenge.

    I have the same tie, and trust me, it wouldn't work as a non-clipon. Unless you can somehow tie a knot into an pixellated shape, that is. It's well made and high quality...not your normal clip on tie.

    Ahh, I hadn't thought about that... (the fact that the knot itself would look wierd with the rest of it pixelated) You bring up a good point. =)

    I own that tie, it was a Christmas gift, but I've never had a chance to wear it for fear of, you know, being a little too geeky. But now...it might just find it's venue for debut.

    My hotel plans this year were arranged by the availability in the hotel share thread which lead to a Friday night hotel start which lead to a Friday morning flight into Seattle. I've been watching all these Pre-PAX festivities threads and just hating it..I'm hoping to see some late night group drinking shenanigans pop up for Friday/Sat night. I hate that I'm missing the pub crawl and dinner. So I regrettably can't perform my drink-my-way-out-of-a-bottle trick for you *a single tear falls*

    PAX is a good place to debut geek fashion; I wore my SNES controller belt buckle last year and will probably wear it again this year (although it is heavy and completely defeats the purpose of a belt).

    It's odd that I have to practice video games all week so I won't suck....too bad.

    CoD4. Rock Band. SSB. TF2. GTA4. It'll be like the Rocky montages, except with blips and bloops.

    You know back in 2004 they lit up 'The Safe' with red, green and white for Christmas, but it just ended up looking like a giant Italian flag, which led to an inside joke between me and my wife "Itsa me, Safeco!"

    I am a crazy motherfucker.

    I am going through this entire thread gathering all the photos together into 1 (or maybe 2) very large photo.
    I take the face or head from each pic (shrink it) and I add the person's user name.

    I have finished pages 1-6 so far.

    I will share these when I am done. What resolution should these huge pics be?

    1024x768
    1280x1024
    1600x1200
    Larger?
