    I lost interest in DB many years ago, but this game does look really promising. Here's hoping for a localized version. I really wished I watched that trailer without sound though. Good lord that was annoying.

    IGN says September 18th for Japan.

    Yeah, sadly this is what I expect too.

    The game looks very promising, but I expect the localized version to be terrible.

    I knew this trailer was going to be awesome when Makafushigi Adventure kicked in.

    I'm definitely going to import this. Dragonball is a very easy read anyways.

    I hate the Dragon Ball art style so much (it's what putting me off from Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest etc. as well) but the gameplay looks really cool so I'll probably get it when it gets localized.

    The music is why I'll be importing it. I'm sure if it does come here, it'll be changed, just like it was changed for the Tenkiachi games.

    Where the hell is my Goku/Piccolo drivers license acquisition game? I want to power up to SSJ3 and parallel park so hard that I knock the racist black face right off of Mr. Popo's face. Everytime they announce a new game that isn't this I just want to put on my pink "Badass" shirt and go grow a mustache.

    Aside from that, I have to say I like Dragonball actually getting some attention again. DBZ has been hogging the spotlight for way too long and you can only retell the same story arcs so many times in a year. What was the most recent Dragonball game before the GBA game anyway?

    I think this was the latest "pure" Dragonball game before Advanced Adventure:

    And even that has "Z" in its title. Goes to show how right you are about how neglected the earlier part of the story seems to be when it comes to video games. I'd LOVE a fighter with an 100% pre-Z focus, that'd be awesome!

    Dragon Ball is much more video game friendly than Z is anyway as it's a big worldwide adventure story.
