Since I missed all the pax lunches, I figured a field trip might be fun!

And what better field trip than the zoo?! everyone can meet up, hang out, have fun, and its kid friendly if you have wee ones to bring too ^.^ So who wants to goooooo?

When: Saturday, August 9th at the Woodland Zoo 11am to whenever! (latecomers are welcome too! I know theres an enforcer wedding that day >.<)

    I would be quite down with this. We need to get a couple people with Zoo memberships involved, as they can provide a 50% discount for up to five people, per member.

    So, just on the off chance that Emit's roommate decides to join us. Anyone traveling through the Redmond area willing to give a guy a ride? :D

    Alternatively, I could bus to the Bellevue Transit center if thats easier.

    If not, I'm an experienced enough buser to find my way ;)

    *sigh* Anyone from IRC knows how excited I was about the zoo....but....I now have to sit this one out.

    I don't have any money until next week, and can't even afford the $30 for me and Nic to go. :(

    I have never been, but how much does it cost to get in to the Zoo and is parking free? I only ask because I am on a budget until I start my new job after PAX.

    Okay so... I just got back from the ER with my daughter... so I'm SOOOO not going to be able to make it this weekend :/

    Update (and since I want it to look like im posting something relevant, im going to make a second post):

    My mom is only going to Whidbey Island for one day, but im not sure which. With any luck, it will not be Sunday. I would rather hang out with you guys, and since I now know where Woodland Park Zoo is, I think I will be able to go, and possibly bring a friend along.

    Also, anyone in that area, there is apparently a Card Store nearby. Where is it, i need to buy everything. NOW.

    Well, I'm gonna be taking off here soon! I know its raining, but I think we an still have fun!

    I will be wearing a brown shirt that says "Browncoat" on the front and "We aim to misbehave" on the back :D Also blue jeans, my 1UP mushroom logo hat, and my gold backpack.

    Well. that was fun. Did anyone else besides Snick, Dizzy, Emo, and me come? I had a feeling that others were there that we didn't know about- but that may have just been the hunger =p

    Hey, it WAS you guys that I saw!!! Aww I'm really sorry I didn't get up to say hello. I guess I'm good at being a creepy stalker. I was a couple rows back in a "Support Piracy" shirt talking to my friend. I was going to get up and introduce myself later, but you got off the bus before I did. Sorry I freaked you all out! ;)

    We plan on getting together in about 2 1/2 weeks or so, in Seattle. There is this big thing going on at the WSCTC. Hope you can make it!

    I made it to the gate with emorimiku... but the hour delay due to bad navigation made me have to turn around and goto work.. :x

    So TECHNICALLY I was there.... but then gone after a minute.

    ... and the signs for the flamingos intrigued me ever so...
