The hotel contest gave the slogans, heres the pics of them freshly put up on pike street in front of the WSCTC.
Went to go have dinner downtown to take the pics :P when I was done I got some neat night pictures as well.

    The city puts them up and takes them down. They probably just throw them away afterward.

    I really don't see a reason that sort of thing probably couldn't be arranged, if the right city department was contacted.

    They did, however, reuse "All Hail Ball" which makes me smile.

    That was my contest winner from last year. I hope they use that one forever.

    I like that one too, but I think it's interesting that they use it, since it is more of an inside joke than any of the others. Most gamers should be able to get the others. There are probably a ton of PAX-go'ers that will never understand what (or should I say "who") Ball is.

    Those banners are pretty epic! Man, is anyone else having trouble passing the time? Every time I visit the forums I see something else tht is awesome about PAX and can't wait for it to start!

    Bah, some threads got merged.

    Also, any estimate on what time I should show up to get in line?
    I want to get a bracelet, and time isn't really that big an issue, as i'm staying at a friends house who is less than a mile away.

    I want to hit as many booths as I can before the crowd gets roaring.

    The crowd will be roaring well before the doors open. There will be roughly one million people waiting in a winding, disney-style, turnbuckled line, waiting to get in. (then once they get in they will all go directly to the booth you were planning on going to)

    Last year it was at the door. Walk in, get a wrist band (until the run out.)

    If I'm remembering wrong someone can correct me.

    i figured that's what it was, i just didn't get there early enough on Friday last year so I wasn't sure
