I'm in bed sleeping and there's a sound like fifty china cabinets falling down all at once, walk out of my room to see what it was and it takes me a moment to see that there's been an explosion in Downsview park and the glass is bent out of the frame and there's shit like shrapnel or something all over my floor.
So I grabbed my cat and sat in the lobby, apparently the Bombardier plant is flat and it's all flames all around, all surrounding buildings are flat and its a sea of flames. Aftershocks continue to shake cars and cops are streaming past our building.
This sounds a lot less exciting than it actually was.

People have been flooding through the elevators to the lobby, everyone's talking, one woman came in and told us she drove over in the direction of the first explosion to see if it was a house or if anyone was hurt and the second explosion, a weaker one, fucking made the car jump off the ground.
FUCK.
