Anyone who was trying to get tickets will tell you the horror story and the epic propotions of dissapointment to so many. They did a wonderful job on the advertising. Why they didn't expect a greater surge is, dare I say it, typical of them.

    I don't know if I would describe being unable to get tickets to BlizzCon as an "epic" disappointment or failure
