If you are a cool person, you watched this when you were a kid. You hopped on the bus or rode your bike or sat in the back seat of your parent's car, and you watched the clock because god damnit you were going to miss the opening if you didn't hurry!

    I used to tape disney afternoon, and had the full collection of chip and dale rescue rangers and ducktales on crappy vcr tapes. The problem was that i'd pause it whenever there was a commercial break, so I wouldn't waste tape, and would sometimes forget to unpause and rerecord again. so on the tapes would be these huge story gaps. Oh, and also, all the squiggly lines from watching them too much.

    i think i taped over a bunch of those in my adolescence, when i moved on to taping late night showtime and skinemax softcore. i'm so ashamed

    We didn't have Disney Afternoon, we had Saturday Disney, 3 wonderful hours of cartoons every saturday morning (actually, more like an hour of cartoons and 2 hours of ads and annoying hosts)

    I used to get up early to watch the whole thing, I think it started at 6 or 7 am

    I enjoyed the show because they put more emphasis on Jumba and Pleekly. There was an episode where they reunited the Kids in the Hall crew to be Pleekly's family, who came to Earth to attend a gay wedding between the two aliens
