Hey there!

I was wondering who won the main costume contest? The fruit fu@ker costume was my favorite by far! I was wondering if it won?

The FF costume couldn't have won the contest because the rules stated the costume had to be of a human character.

But, I wholly agree with you about its awesomeness

The winners were a couple who cosplayed Carl and Carla from the game, original characters complete with Rakes and items (oranges, bandages, potions, etc).

wow, does that blow! That costume was my highlight there. Does anyone know is he got anything for that?

Actually, I brought that up with the Hothead guys, they said the Fruit Fucker was humanoid and was perfectly viable as a winning costume. But the people who dressed as Carl and Carla with boost potions and oranges and everything, that shit was awesome. They really worked hard on that.

Thanks everyone for the kind words about Carl's and my costumes. I'm hoping to get some pictures posted in one of the RSPD threads since we only wore them on Sunday and I'm not sure many people got to see them. We were up ungodly late on Saturday night getting everything finished and I'm happy to say that I only broke 4 needles sewing all of the leather. (#$^&%& leather ::grumbles::)
