We have our replacement player for Seva and I was curious if you would be alright with a slight modification to the story.
Since its been so sparse, and seeing as we're kind of rejuvinating this game with voice capibility, would you all be cool with simply saying it was never Seva with you, only this new player who accomplished all those tasks?
That sounds perfectly fine to me. Obviously, the little amount of sessions that we've actually managed to have enables us to trek forward without many, if any, major plot alterations, and so on. So yeah, this choice doesn't seem untoward in my opinion. Here's to hoping our sessions are all the more fluid and frequent thanks to this change, and also thanks to our new best friend -- Ventrilo.
Are we all geared for this weekend then? Saturday? Sunday? Doesn't matter to me.

Moomin - Finnish Hacker
Moomin is bald, with the pale complexion that comes from being night-active, underground, and generally a bit too chubby. His extra weight clings mostly to his torso though, and his arms and legs sort of poke out of him. Because of this, he prefers lose, baggy clothes that conceal his physical condition. As a technician, he is a great fan of cargo pants, vests with lots of pockets, and things that will easily clip on to belts, buckles, wrists, and so on. He is also fond of guns, and has a silent but childlike fascination for firearms, which he has displays by tricking out his AK-97.
Some more info, taken out of the backstory I wrote: Moomin is originally from Finnland (Scandinavian Union). He has been doing illegal stuff in Poland ever since Crash 2.0. If any of you have fake SINs, licenses or other digital stuff, it's quite possible Moomin made it (we do have the same fixer, after all).

It's annoying for me to say this but I'm unable to make it today. I just got informed that I have to go with my family when they go everwhichway because it's the only way I can get to the family dinner at 6pm today.
What? I set the blood sacrifice free today! Now I'm going to hunt her down all over!!! Have you got any idea how hard it is to find a quality hen in this country? It's not very hard I tell you! But I make it difficult anyway!

EDIT: Okay, so as it turns out I'm a liar. It's very unlikely that I'll be able to make today's session thanks to an impromptu order to go furniture shopping. Also, I think I may need to purchase a new mic after an unfortunate vacuuming incident, so, uhh. . . heh. If I don't make it today, I apologize and make note that I'll be available for the sessions yet to come. This is my last weekend off before school starts, so things should be a little less hectic afterwards.
I probably got confused by Trenog's post, but I can't say for certain if I'll be able to make it tomorrow either. If we start at 1:30 EST (12:30 CST, I believe) which is the time that was posted, I would only be able to play for about 30-45 minutes because I'm supposed to be somewhere for a date at 2:30 EST. If we were to play an hour earlier (which was the time when we originally started playing) that'd be perfect, but then again it's everyone else's call. NPC me if need be, and I'll be back in it next week.
As long as you don't try to get me out of bed before 10:00 (CST) and don't mind me being a bit groggy the first few moments (hours?), I'm good all day tomorrow.
If the rest of you are still gearing to play, then just NPC myself (Weaver) for tomorrow's session. I won't complain or anything, just be sure to let me know what trouble we've gotten ourselves into.
And you know, using spells. Which is sort of what you should do when you are a shaman.
But the day ain't saved yet. We need to get past that car. I'm thinking running past on foot and hijacking another one on the other side. A better one.

I had to walk five miles (imperial/american miles. 7 km) to get to a cybercafé today (ok, so I hitched a ride part of the way). And then I did the same to get back to where I came from. In the Central American summer sun (and no cars going my way this time).
