The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
We have Parallels on a few machines here. It works well for the most part. From time to time, the image seems to get locked on one of the machines. Also, on one of the others the registry seems to get junked from time to time.
I'm pretty certain both are user errors though. I can't seem to teach these people to use Start -> Turn Off Computer and God knows what else they're doing.

Craaaaaaap. I really screwed the pooch. I'm 21 and finally committed to school full time (quit my job). Haven't even taken enough general ed to transfer to ITT, where I want to get my CS degree.

nah, it's never too late for school
especially in a field that makes itself obsolete every 3 years
and, if you're going full time, you should be able to score a degree in about 3 years with careful planning
took me 4.5 due to switching majors 5 semesters in, but i'm an outlier

I've been going ever since I graduated high school, but it was just part-time. I also switched majors after a couple semesters, so more time lost there.
I just wasn't sure if CS was gonna be my thing. Good luck in finding a CS job, though. Software engineers get paid the big bucks.

except i just dropped off my vehicle at a repair place because i'm leaking differential fluid
Wasn't it also doing that a month ago?
yes, yes it was
back then it was major issues that should have been cleared up with the repairs they did
this time it's a month and about 1000 miles later
hopefully it's nothing serious
i doubt i could afford that
i'd be pretty fucked

but come december i'm out of this bitch and then my life finally fucking starts
hypothetically in seattle
and hopefully someplace that'll let me use my CS degree
You're pretty popular for someone with no social life
