I thought I was going to have to wait until I got back to Australia to upload them because I didn't bring the right camera cable. DURR DURR I realised a couple of days ago I can do it directly from the SD card.

The resolution is pretty high on most pics, so I'll just link you to my gallery here. I haven't done any captions yet, but most of them are pretty self explanatory. Enjoy.

    That was a burger I had at "The Farm", an organic restaurant on Dawson st. in Dublin. Those were hands down the best chips I've ever eaten, helped along by dusting my second-last sachet of bacon salt over the top.

    leave it in the sun to dry out
    loosen up any chunks by shaking or poking or whatever

    would frying up beef jerky in grease, then crumbling up the beef jerky and pouring that and the grease into some kosher salt, then mix and shake, work? i figure the beef jerky would last longer, even when cooked.

    well yea you could do that but you should cut it up into tiny bits first because itd probably be pretty awful if you just pulled a whole strip out of a jar of salt and tried to eat it
