This thread includes no title and no pictures. It is for the discussion of Anime. Manga I suppose too, but c'mon, it's all a bunch of Weeaboo crap anyways. Besides G Gundam of course.
Animation, a series of drawings filmed in sequence to achieve a motion effect.
Anime, a term used for Japanese Animation.
What do you think about anime?
Some anime I find swell, like G Gundam. Other anime is less swell, like Digimon. You can find pictures of anime in many places, but not here, because Elki said so. We should discuss anime in a civil manner here.
How about a good old fashioned Fall Schedule Preview Picture?
So how about those crazy Japanese huh? Do they like to adorn men with impractical hairstyles and women with big eyes and chest sizes or what? Don't they know that it will affect people's thoughts on how society perceives beauty? Please think of the children!
FYI, new threads with a title and a picture are not acceptable.
So there you go. No title, no picture. Maybe multiple titles and multiple pictures might work, but who am I to say?
If you want to know for sure, you should probably ask him, but the last thread just had a title and a picture as the first post, instead of any actual content. That's generally frowned upon here.
Click no further if by chance these happen to be true and you don't wish to be spoiled.
* Kanon shows up and applies a portable Geass canceler to Schneizel, who then shoots Lelouch who is talking to Nunally.
* Nunally orders Schneizel to not kill him and simply lock him up, as Lelouch flails on the floor, bleeding.
* Schneizel shoots Nunally.
* Lelouch gets fucking pissed and gathers up enough strength to stand up and punch Schneizel, who shrugs the punch off and shoots him again.
* Suzaku busts through the wall and impales Kanon to a wall and then knocks Schneizel to the ground.
* Lelouch uses this time to raise a gun to Schneizel and says “Checkmate†and shoots him in the head, killing him.
* Lelouch and Suzaku take Nunally outside to get her medical attention. Lelouch announces that Schneizel is dead, Nunally is wounded and they are calling for a cease fire.
* Kaguya, Xing-ke and his loli accept the cease fire, but Lelouch’s soldiers won’t stop fighting, as they are under the control of Geass.
* Nina realizes that everything is her fault, and she goes out in a mech equipped with a FLEIYA, gets it to critical mass and gets into Lelouch’s soldier’s ranks, blowing them to hell and herself with them (FUCK YEAH!).
* Kallen still thinks that this is all part of Lelouch’s world domination plan and attacks the mech carrying Lelouch, Suzaku and Nunally. They begin to fight, and Kallen manages to wreck the flight system on Suzaku’s mech, causing them to plummet to the ground.
* Lelouch and Kallen stand off.
* Lelouch and Kallen argue with each other.
* Lelouch apologizes and tells Kallen to shoot him, “It is ok if it is by your hand.â€
* She tells him to say one last thing to Nunally. Nunally is still conscious, and asks him why he did all of this, and he tells her “to make the world a better place for youâ€. He then says to her “I did not want to use Geass on you… but forgive me…†He casts the geass and then whispers in her ear.
* He then turns to Kallen, removes his hat, bows and tells her to shoot.
* Bang.
Fade to black.
* Fast forward 2 years.
* Lelouch and C.C. are living in the mountains, away from the rest of the world. Kallen shot Lelouch in such a way that he is now confined to a wheelchair. He is however happy.
* Nunally is named Queen of Britannia.
* Through peace talks, power is taken away from Britannia and freedom restored to the world.
* Ougi and Viletta got married.
* Orange and Sayoko are serving Nunally.
* Cornelia was critically injured by Schnizel, so she cannot fight anymore, but she is now general and master tactician of the Britannian military, she is satisfied with Nunally’s position.
* No one else died that you haven’t seen die yet.
* Lelouch’s Geass to Nunally was that she forget he ever existed.
* Fast forward x amount of years.
* Lelouch is much older, sitting next to a grave. “Catherine Childsâ€
* Fade to black, END.
Heh. I wonder what the chances of this ending happening is. Anyone wanna take bets?

I understand that, but could it be that my OP is some sort of meta joke? You D&D tightasses usually love meta jokes almost as much as you love socialism and atheism. :P
So I'm watching the last few eps of Allison & Lillia courtesy of BSS and these are some terrible subs. However, I can see why the other subbers dropped it. The Lillia half of the show has been awful. Started out so promising, too, real shame.
So for the seven people interested, this week's One Piece:
First Oda disbands the entire crew to the ends of the earth, then a vice admiral says that Ace's execution is in a week?!? That's a pretty ballsy move there Oda, I didn't expect to see something so gutsy being tried until the end of the series.
Basically this arc is on track for upstaging the entire CP9 saga, and I cannot wait to see how this one pans out.

That's the only part that really sounds off. Lelouch took off his hat before he got in the Shinkiro, which was destroyed by Gino. We haven't seen him with it since, so even if he put it in his KF as opposed to discarding it like the other stuff he was wearing it was probably incinerated as well. Or it is just an oversight.
I'm not sure whether Kanon would be in a position to retrieve or use the Geass canceler since both he and Diethard were drugged (could have been Refrain or a sedative). I'd also question whether Schneizel would have been able to get the data to build one...on one hand, he is Schneizel and had plenty of people with the technical skills to do it. On the other hand the only person with one right now is a cyborg, a large amount of work went into him with the cooperation with V.V. and the Geass cult, and how the hell could they test the thing to see if it actually worked?
Then I remember that I'm watching Code Geass and that they always manage to get away with pulling shit out of their ass.
The only thing that really makes me unhappy about the spoilered bits is Lelouch being a cripple. The Geass on Nunnally certainly fits his character.
Maybe I overlooked it, but the spoilers didn't mention what happened to Suzaku.

Someone recommend me something to watch this fall.
Nodame looks promising.
---
Somebody tell me about Jigoku Shojo. Is it interesting? Looks like horror genre, but I don't know how well that works in animation.
I didn't like it much. It is pretty brutal and is kinda "monster of the week" episodes except it is who goes to hell at the end of the week. It is already in its third season but I only saw season 1.

It sorta reminds me of this manga I read, called Skyhigh, about a girl who gives people a choice after they're killed/have some sort of grudge. Basically they can choose to be reborn and go on to try and go to heaven, stay in the world as a ghost, and posses a person, and kill them. It's pretty interesting.

I actually thought something like this might happen. If the crew is actually scattered how the hell are they suppose to find each other. A big event like this, especially given that it's Ace being executed, gives them all a place to meet up at.
edit: Also I'm confused why just a picture isn't fine for the starting post. It contains all the information about the current shows and is easy to find. Also in comparison the last two American politics threads had two articles with no comments and two pictures with a single line of basically that basically said discuss, respectively.

I really don't see the point about not having a title or pictures. We're still discussing what we're discussing. It sounds a bit too SERIOUS BUSINESS for my tastes.
I want something to watch. Macross F had a really fucing dissappointing end, and I'm not really looking forward to Gundam 00 season 2. (I really didn't like season 1, and Sergei being retired is pretty much the nail in the coffin.) Japan needs more Real RObot writers like Takahashi who are willing to touch on more gritty designs and make more "low technology level" shows. I say leave the crazy shit to Supers, they do it better anyway.
I mean, I don't mind some craziness, when Takahashi did Layzner, that had V-MAX I guess. but still, I like it when it's less crazy than how it is today. for example, one of my grudges with Gundam 00
the stupid TRANS-AM system.
Just seems too ridiculous. I know, I know, HI-MAT is SEED was far worse. and if they wanted to homage Kamille's Bio-sensor, that's fine! but, I just don't see them being able to pull a Tomino anymore with lead characters going into comas.the ending of Zeta was the ultimate payoff for Kamille's sensor hax. Nowadays Gundam seems ruled by the base of Fangirls and pushing Gunpla as hard as they are (not that Gunpla isn't cool or anything.) and generally led to overly complicated and silly mecha design and unlikable characters and the good ones either being retconned (Waltfield being chained to Lacus during SEED Destiny so it could be "All Shiin all the time."and Sergei's retirement in 00 season 2.) or dying.
So I'm curious as to the general state of Bleach. I stopped watching it around episode 170, because it started a filler arc, and I fucking hate filler arcs. Was the filler arc any good? Bad, but not bount arc bad? Are they done fillering up the place?

Bleach has been on hiatus since the 17th, and there is one more episode left in the filler arc. IMO it wasn't any good. Worse than the bount arc (but much shorter), but I didn't consider the bount arc bad, just mediocre (and watching it right after the Soul Society arc made it feel worse).
Wikipedia says the Hueco Mundo arc picks up again on October 14 ("Hueco Mundo Chapter, Restart!") which will probably have a good deal of time wasted on recap, and on the 21st we have "Szayel Aporro's Theater".

They also all have a piece of Rayleigh's Vivrecard/Biblecard, that magic thing that points at its owner without fail.
About two or three months ago someone posted the opening to FLAG. I remember commenting at the time that it was probably one of the most moving anime OPs I've seen and that maybe I should give this show a try.
Well, I just bought it yesterday and have now finished volume 1, and have concluded that this is one of the best anime made. Seriously, whoever that guy was, thank you so much.

But wait, there's more! There's going to be a Macross F movie!
Because it's on Hulu and I've got some time to kill

Mushi-shi is pretty interesting. I liked it.
Now I might watch Natsume's Book of Friends, at least for the alcoholic cat.

Exactly what it looks like.
If I had any idea how to I'd post it on 2ch.

Anyways, anyone have any opinions on Kuroshitsuji? I've heard people talking about BL, but I'm hoping that's just from the yaoi fangirls.
I didn't like it much. It is pretty brutal and is kinda "monster of the week" episodes except it is who goes to hell at the end of the week. It is already in its third season but I only saw season 1.

I only watched the first few episodes. It was very "MOTW"-ish. I hear it gets an actual plot later on, but I didn't make it that far.

I am determined to make this show more popular and inject some taste into anime nerds.
