Thread title sez everything--Beer. Favorites, thoughts, muses, whatever. Tell us your favorites--and WHY. Don't just list shit--tell us exactly why we should also drink your favorite path to a pleasant evening...or noon, or morning.
My personal favorite--Stone Pale Ale. I've tried the IPA, and found out that I'm not a big hops guy. However, I do enjoy the hell out of the pale ale. Darker than water (Bud, Coors, etc.) but lighter than some others I've had. I like how the bitterness fades--not too quick, but not as strong as IPA's. My mind brings up an downward linear drop.
However, I'm still a beer n00b. So, beer snobs unite and enlighten us (me included) to the wonderful world of bubbly bitterness.
(Don't expect me to keep track of this thread--I may not remember this later, and I do not have teh internets at my place) Anyways, imbibe and enjoy.
