Cloying Odor Sanitarium Parts?

Could anyone confirm
whether you go back to the Cloying Odor Sanitarium after you fight the hat spiders?
I've found all the parts and concept art in all of the other areas and stages, but I'm 120 parts short and I think I'm about to enter the final showdown.

I suspect there's some area I'm missing, but I've gone through the zone a few times and I can't figure it out.

    Did you check the cabinet doors in the Sanitarium? I forget how far in it is, but it's one of the lab rooms with the grid of doors on the wall, like a morgue.

    I'll recheck that room. I thought I got everything. There's a black chest at the start that shakes and looks like there's robots in it, but when I open it, the dots just seem to fly off into the distance.

    Edit: You sir are win. I found it where you suggested.

    Last question:
    Anyone know where to find the concept art that is below the
    line art drawing of the box cover
    and above
    the picture of Charles?
