Weird Posting Bug

Whenever I quote someone, I get a really weird bug with the posting. It'll show me all the code. As in the hard code. Not spaces, but < br />, and instead of " " for quotation marks, it'll show me &quot or some string.
The weirdest part is I can't get this to reliably happen to me EXCEPT when I quote, or try and edit, and cleaning out my cookies doesn't seem to fix it (At least, not for long).
Any idea what it could be, or is it completely user-side?

Derp, should've known that information would help.
Scroll down to the bottom, under Miscellaneous Options-> Message Editor Interface which one are you using?
