Yes I've had this conversation with him in the past. Thankfully he only torrents karaoke (which I still don't agree with) and that doesn't seem to be as high-profile for stuff like that. However I've told him the moment we get any sort of letter or our ISP says a word, I'm buying a router that supports custom firmware and completely blocking all filesharing programs.
