Interesting to see that so many people have the same problem as I do. I'm 5'10" ish and I weigh between 130-135. I've always been a stick, no matter what I eat. I suppose it is due largely to the fact that I eat and exercise inconsistently. Has anyone been successful in keeping the hard-earned weight on for long after without constant maintenance?
