I'm looking for a video I saw years and years ago of a salesman selling some mystery machine.
At first his explanation is normal, but the steps keep continuing and getting more and more complicated/ridiculous. This ring any bells?

Sounds almost like super-happy-fun-ball, but that was more a commercial then an actual salesman selling something.
If it was MadTV, do a youtube search for "Spishak".
