Good Four-Player Offline Games for the 360...

I didn't get the memo, but four way split screen games are dead. I often use games to entertain and issues come up when we hit 360 to kill some time. There are very few good games (to my knowledge) that can be played with four people at once. I have Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4. That's it. The only other thing we do is have fighting game tournaments but we can only play so much Soul Calibur 4.

Can anyone recommend me some good games that can be played with four people? Preferably simultaneously?

XBLA is the haven for you. Castle Crashers, Bomberman Live, Heavy Weapon, maybe Worms? (I haven't really played the XBLA Worms.)

But Rock Band is all anyone really needs.

Age Of Booty. It can be coop or competitive (2v2v2v2, or 4v4, etc.) Offline you can play with bots, which is pretty fun although once you get good it's more fun to stack the odds against you and your buddies (we played 3v5 once, that was tough). Online multiplayer can be had too, but this was about offline

4 player local Bomberman is pure sex. It gets even more entertaining when all the players customize their bomberman avatars.

Quite a few late nights and noise complaints from neighbors have been the direct result of this game.

Sounds crazy, but Perfect Dark Zero has up to four players split screen vs mode. Not much good just the four of you, but you can do the four of you vs up to 16 bots and it's fun as hell.
