    im pretty sure there was the option for shell tops in the demo, it was one of the options that was locked, could be wrong though.

    also a correction: there is Adidas in the game

    I guess you have to unlock some? There are only five Adidas shoes in my "store" right now. I don't know if there's an actual adidas store in there like the first one

    there are some Nikes; I didn't see which ones though

    I think Vans might have a deal with Activision? I know they're in the Tony Hawk games

    Buying this tonight, and just got a year of live gold last night. Skate was one of my all time favorite games so this shouldn't disappoint.

    I couldn't find it for ages either. It's not in the new stuff section and it's not in the demos section.

    you gotta search by game, go to S and there's a skate 2 section

    I love playing this game but there are so many times in this one where I'm just ready to smash my controller to fucking bits.

    Pretty much all S.K.A.T.E. challenges are an incredible exercise in tedium now.

    i think my biggest problem with the game is when you mess up a challenge it goes to "FAILED! WOULD YOU LIKE TO RETRY" and you click yes and it says "ARE YOU SURE" and it always defaults to no and it's like why the fuck wouldn't I want to retry?

    it shouldn't ask, it should just restart it right away after you mess up. it's even worse because i'll always hit LB+Up every time so it'll warp me back and then make me select to restart

    i dont think it's possible to do that jumping off your skateboard over a fence-thing and landing back on your skateboard. How did he get that like 4 feet forward without pushing his skate backward. He wasn't going that fast.

    Because they really only implemented it so that you could go up steps and move stuff around? The object-moving works just fine, though.

    I agree that the walking mechanics are ass but they don't really need to be better so it's not a huge complaint.
