Unfortunately, I've only recently joined the penny arcade forums as I thought it may be an interesting place to be able to interact with others and provide conversation and advice.
So while my low post count may have come across to you as a spammer, I am most certainly not.
The post in question was made on a topic in regards to art, and suggestions for getting better at the general practice of art. The site I advised the original poster to check out is NOT a site I'm affiliated with in any way. It IS however an excellent source for artists who are attempting to improve their craft and could benefit from critiques from actual skilled artists. As I believed the O.P. would benefit from visiting the site and checking out what advice they could offer regarding his drawing skills, anatomy, etc in hope he would be able to use this knowledge to improve his artistic endeavours.
So seeing as the reply was made with the the intent to deliver adive to some one seeking it in a relevant thread, I'm not sure how it is being construed as spam.

You basically said "Fuck this place and these guys, go here instead for your critiques." Hell, I think you even just said that again, suggesting PA doesn't have any "actual skilled artists."
What I said was, "I know of a place that has really good professional critiques, which I've benefited form as an artist, and you may as well check it out."
Being new to the boards, I'm quite certain I didn't think it would offend any one to suggest a source available for the purpose of learning and bettering ones self. I am now, unfortunately, quite painfully aware that it does offend people.
I must say, I'm completely put off by your inability to be friendly/courteous/professional to a new comer on the boards.
I'm certain you won't care, but I won't be back to the forums here. It's unfortunate that such a great comic strip is in any way represented, even simply in the form of a forum moderator, by someone like yourself. It's a disservice to the comic and the creators.
You should feel ashamed of acting so immaturely.

I've gotten infractions I've disagree with before, and I took the issue up with the mods via PM, but when it was clear they weren't going to change their mind, I dropped the matter because I knew it wasn't a big deal in the long run.
