My friend and I played co-op a while back, and we forgot about the little 'push back for the game to tell you where you need to go!' feature
so we kept retrying a level where you needed to disarm a bomb in 30 seconds because we didn't realize it was right next to the start point of the level and not, in fact, on the other side of the level protected by an enormous armored guy
I still haven't beaten it (I found the AI partner to be pretty crappy), but the co-op is decent fun. The characters are retarded assholes, but it's a decent enough game.
Salem and Rios return in The 40th Day, now leaders of their own two-man private military team, appropriately named T.W.O. The setting has changed to a more exotic one, unfolding in Shanghai, China. The city is under siege and Salem and Rios must fight for their very survival as a series of orchestrated catastrophes threatens to wipe the city off the map.
i do hope they still have the Steyr Aug in the sequel
it was the best gun
what fucking irritated the hell out of me in AOT was the slow turning speed and NOT BEING ABLE TO HIT FUCKERS RUNNING RIGHT BY YOU with a whole goddamn clip!

AOT was a pretty fun game in coop, though
I own Army of Two but have never played it because everyone had already made it through the co-op campaign by the time I got it.
It sits there, taunting me.
also i assume there actually is a sequel, but what is it supposed to be about
that's how I roll

I'd been thinking about it but never bothered

Dont even consider it unless you can guarantee playing all of it with a friend co-op. In which case it's hilarious fun.
I can honestly say I have never had to research to understand a single PA comic.
I appreciate your attempt at a positive comment, though it's still kinda backhanded.
Army of Two: The 40th Day
It's so backhanded tennis pros are all going daaaaaaaaaaaamn
as long as I can get a gold-plated, diamond encrusted AK-47 I'm okay with that
It's not worth it, I've tried.
That dog won't hunt.
god that podcast was the best.
"Let's kill lots of people so I can buy a new TV"
You need a friend first.
I am going to go listen to it again.
God, I love that podcast. That's the one where they accidentally discover fisting while googling "fist bang."
"No no, these sluts are too hot for you."
"Wow, the whole fist! Well, she's wearing a glove at least, that's sanitary."
this game's sole focus should be it's "bro"-ness.
got that covered
Oh, the memories.
