Basically it's like we hit the peak of sound quality and design and now it is about deconstruction, back to the bare skeleton of the music

    Modest Mouse was great. Then they started to make albums so overproduced they could never recreate them at their live shows and people started realizing that they were awful.

    Modest Mouse is the only band I've ever walked out on.

    i met someone who worked for NME, once. she was so embarrassed to be affiliated with the magazine.
