I'm saving my last majestic word in case things get really bad. No other guards can really come to us with #2 in the way here.. I'm assuming their movement is no higher than 5 with that platemail, and there is difficult terrain there.

With the ground still frozen and the entrance still blocked the guard sitting outside moves over past the door getting better aim at the elf. It's a difficult shot and lands harmlessly in the ceiling above Athlar.

Althal smirks "Good to see you pulling your weight again Aelor" he ads with a smirk as he searches for another weakpoint with his blade (riposte strike) however the armor on this guard seems much tougher, even with his keen elven senses he cannot seem to find a weak point in the armor (Double miss, 17, 17.) "The raven queen will claim you soon enough" he added with a glower, holding his position for the time being.

Taking a short breath the guards standing in the door way rush in past the commotion. While the first gets slashed at by the Elf he manages to get inside and attack the vulnerable bard. The second guard isn't as lucky as both lAthal and Riff are ready for his entry and give him two well made strikes in the openings of the guard's armor before he can get safely inside. He manages to get revenge on the elf however stabbing at the dodging elf finally striking him in the shoulder.

The attacks of the warlock rip and tear at the guard's flesh but he still manages to stand. Seeing an opening to attack the fighter he gives a powerful cry as he makes another strike at Aelor, again knocking him to the ground.

Riff kneels down and mutters a few inspirational words to the fighter, who has once again found himself staring up at the ceiling.
He steadies his nerves one last time and tries to cloud the guard's mind with magic. This time, his attack overcomes the man's willpower with confusion, causing him to stumble toward the bard in pain. In the moment of confusion, Althal seizes the opportunity to make a quick jab... but his fucking armour deflects it.

Guard is slid to C4 as part of the attack, which provokes an OA from Althal (as per the spell's effect)... but that misses terribly.. even with a +10 bonus.
Also, I think you mistakenly put Althal's temp HP on Aelor? I remember giving Althal 5 Temp HP with the heal, but I don't remember Aelor ever getting any.

That daily should have turned the tide of this encounter, giving you all healing every time you attacked that guard. Instead... nothing.
Riff points to the guard standing right in front of him, "Go for this chump here, it'll make ya feel better!"
Basil's concentration waning, the sheet of ice fades from existence.
Basil spits a curse at the guard and whatever smith made his armour.

The last guard still outside decides to rush in like his compatriots. He manages to dodge the attacks of Althal and Aelor as he moves past the guard standing just inside the door. He takes his position where the guard Dr. Bell had attacked once stood and strikes at the shifty elf getting his halberd in the elf's chest and sending him to the ground. Filled with confidence he yells; "Keep strong men! These law breakers will not survive long!"
He may have spoke too soon as Aelor manages to get back to his feet and make a mighty swing with his maul against the two guards in front of him. He makes a strong strike at the guard Riff had suggested nearly knocking him off the railing while giving a small smirk at his renewed strength. He continues his swing to the guard in front of the doorway striking him squarely aganist his helmet and knocking him to the floor, dead.
