Shit yeah! Congratulations everyone, especially Arco.
On a side note: anyone remember/like Crash Team Racing for the original Playstation? That's a great party game if you can get a couple of people who know how to play together.
Edited the OP to remove the registration links and put in some congratulatory what-not.
Here's what needs to be done, still:
1) Finalize who's bringing what and what we're going to play. I honestly haven't done a very good job of doing that in the last week or two, because I was stressing so much over the tickets. Now that, that's done (amazing, once again), I can concentrate on that.
2) Go buy the raffle tickets and finalize the list of raffle prizes, and actually figure out how that's going to work.
3) Finalize the menu, after everyone votes.
4) Put together all the party packets, which will contain the party bracelet and raffle tickets.

"Dude, I think he's a zombie."
"No he's not, he's dead."
"But he's still walking around."
"Which makes him one of the walking dead."
"Exactly."
"So, he's dead."
"No, that makes him a zombie."

Sure, Rius. Some of us have never played Half-Life 2.

In that case I've got a copy of HL2 and Episode 1 on Steam that I can add to the raffle pool. I didn't mention it earlier because their digital goods, but games are games.

There is basically no way to do so; the "winner" would have to provide his/her SteamID to the prize-giver-outer, who can then gift the copy of the game to that account the next time they're logged into Steam.
Just PMed you my list of SNES and N64 games. Also I got a copy of Megaman 2 and Sonic The Hedgehog up for the raffle.
TNTrooper has an absolutely massive collection of games for both SNES and N64. The girth of his collection boggles my mind. He's volunteered to lend the good multiplayer titles and the consoles to the party.
In light of that, how would everybody feel about dedicating one of the projectors to classic gaming, and one to modern gaming? Playing games like the original Mario Kart or GoldenEye in a giant room full of screaming nerds with a 120" screen has been a dream of mine for... forever...

It would be easy if there were a laptop connected to Wifi. Then we could be done on the spot. Otherwise it's like Rius said. And it would kind of suck to not get anything right there. And what if the other person forgets.
I'd say do it if we will have a laptop with Steam installed and wifi access. I'd love to contribute more things to the raffle.

I just remembered that I have some Gamecube controllers, including 1 Wavebird. So in case we can't come up with extra Wii Remotes with Nunchuk, Classic Controller, or Wii Motion Plus attachments, we should still be okay for 4-player SSB:B and Mario Kari Wii. Of course, it's not the ideal scenario to have wired controllers, so every bit helps.
I'll bring Wii Sports original if it's been requested, but I don't see it getting much play, especially with Wii Sports Resort out there, among other games.
I feel that I should point out the polls are somewhat flawed in that you can vote as many times as you want just by refreshing the page.
At least, I think you can. I refreshed and the radio buttons came back, but I didn't want to test it and then end up having 2 votes.
I ordered a print from PA a while ago, and I'm sorry to say that it just doesn't jive with the rest of my desk decor. Not sure why. I love all my other prints.
Anyway. I'm going to offer it up for the raffle, and if I can get it done, I'd like to get it signed before the dinner.

I'd have the same problem with that one Arco, though it will make some raffle winner extraordinarily lucky. That person will also be exponentially luckier if it is signed. Great idea Arco.
On a related note what are your plans for how the raffle is going to work? I've got a plan for it in my mind and I was curious how it close it is to what you want.

I don't claim to have an intimate knowledge of raffles or anything, but I figured I'd give each person a ticket along with their bracelet. The raffle tickets are double-sided with matching numbers (example), so I'll have a matching ticket for all the tickets I give out.
Then I'll mix them up, put them in a hat or something, and pull one out for each prize.
Right?

. . . i . . . don't suppose that a January 2000 collectors edition playboy magazine would be appropriate for the raffle . . . i have an extra one of those too. . .. i also seem to have an extra Super Scope 6 cartridge though i doubt anyone would have much use for it . . . most people who have the snes super scope should have super scope 6

Is there an easy way to deliver those games that would lend itself well to the raffle?

I can totally bring Halo 3.

I have a perfectly functioning Les Paul that I can break down and stow away with me.
I'll also check around for a couple of jewels to add to the raffle.
