Not looking at suing anyone (I have no money, and the amount I'd get out of it wouldn't pay the law bill) but, in short, my grandmother died in July, my Aunt is the executor of the estate and is not selling the house as ordered in the will, and says that she can basically delay doing that for as long as she wants, which... seems wonky. South Carolina, if it matters.
