CALLING ALL ARTISTS
I want to get this year's PAX TF2 button started. Savoo made last year's incredible design and it ended up in Valve's shrine along with Gordon's Crowbar and their other treasures. You too can make a button desired by everyone!
Here are the requirements...
- It must fit within this template or this template if you use GIMP. The "important" bits have to be inside the dotted line (which represents the flattest part of the front of the button), but you need to extend the art or background all the way to the solid line (that's the part that starts to fall off the face and then wraps around).
- It must be original artwork. Please don't just photoshop or rip off something someone else did, we want these to be unique and special to us. (Gmod counts as original)
- Fit "PA TF2 Crew" on there somewhere.
- If someone says they don't care for your art, please don't take it personally.
- For all the non-artists: If someone posts their art, please don't be a dick to them.
We'll try to have a vote or something. I have a deadline of May 15th, which I think is plenty of time, but I could be wrong. Complain if so.
Team Fortress 2 is a team based multiplayer FPS developed and maintained by Valve. The best resource for questions pertaining to one of the nine classes is either asking in game or TF2 WIKI. They have everything from what damage each weapon does to (sometimes outdated) HOW TO PLAY VIDEOS. You can also look HERE.

Before you start TF2, right click Steam in your toolbar and click on Servers. Go to the Favorites tab, click Add a Server, and type in the IP. Next time you launch TF2, go to the Favorites tab and select one of the servers that has people in it, type in the password (wang), and you should be good to go. Also make sure "Show map list" is unchecked in the bottom left. It makes finding servers stupid as hell.
