Keyboard Shortcut Issue

I've noticed a weird issue that happens when replying to threads using the keyboard shortcut Alt+S, though I'm not sure how long it's been happening. After typing out a reply and hitting Alt+S a new Firefox tab immediately opens up and takes focus away from the previous tab, though it does successfully post the reply. I was wondering if anyone had experienced this and if they'd found a solution.

Running Firefox v 3.0.10 on Ubuntu Linux 9.04.

Try disabling plugins one at a time until they're all gone or the problem goes away.
