Something has gone very very badly
Looks like two metro trains smacked head on just outside of DC near the Maryland border.
Commuting in DC is a contact sport to begin with. On the beltway, on the station platforms, anywhere, but this isn't good at all.
So, tell us some stories of your horrible commutes or Unbreakable-esque accidents you've made it through.
Also, real reason for this thread: Someone call Lostwords (I lost his number) and make sure he wasn't on that train.

I was on a cartrip when I was a kid and I swear to God I saw a corpse a mile down the road from a weight checkpoint

They were both wasted as hell, farting around. My friend shouts "if you don't watch out I'm gonna stab the fuck out of you! this is too much!" and then my friend refuses to slow down and, sure enough, he accidentally stabs the shit out of him. Huge cut all down his leg.
He was bleeding everywhere and drunkenly screaming about how he doesn't need no hospital, he'll just soak it in whiskey and duct tape that sumbitch back up
I should probably check on him or something.
I'm pretty sure he drives, though. He always used to at least.

It really sucks for everybody involved though, they are up to 6 confirmed dead and waiting for Fenty to make a statement.
Then I thought, "I should check PA forums to see if anyone was on those trains."
Then I waited a couple days.

ran up the back and over the sedan to just about the drivers seat
there were 3 young teenagers in the back of the car on their way home from school, all 3 were decapitated
i got there right as they were pulling the rig off
their backpacks were covered in blood and such
shit shook me up for a little while
