Mario and Luigi 3 is awesome and people need to play it.
And it's honestly much better than scribblenauts :P
I might trade Scribblenauts in for M&L3 - the creating words is fun but the physics and movement in Scribblenauts is... very not fun. There are very few puzzles where I don't just create a jetpack to avoid having to deal with the bizarre walking/jumping controls. And I just tried to catch a tiny fish with a fishing pole while sitting in a rowboat... and pulling on the fish flipped my boat over.

For me scribblenauts is worth keeping, and by all means a good game, but Mario & Luigi is definitely the superior game over all.
Finally played a couple of hours of Mario & Luigi 3 tonight. So far there's a pretty good pace of new abilities and things to do. The writing is pretty funny at times too. I just got past
the bug blocking Bowzer's flame and then the fight against Broggy.
I got Mario and Luigi 3, having never played the other ones.
I'm liking it so far, the dialogue is pretty good. Should be enough to keep me occupied until I can get 358/2 Days when it comes out.

I'm really liking the gameplay of M&L3 a lot, but I wish it would just shut up let me play the game for a while. Every 25 seconds there's some new character that talks my ear off about what they need help with, or the fucking Star Sprite or whatever he is explains something new to me or just jaws at Bowser for a while.
I played Megaman Battle Network 2 for so long. I never ended up getting any others because I couldn't get very far in the post game areas. It was so hard to get Program Advances and you basically had to rely on those if you wanted to do any sort of significant damage to the bosses.

I was kinda disappointed in Scribblenauts until I handed it to my girlfriend and saw how much fun she was having with it. I was kind of getting annoyed at how things didn't interact as well as I thought they should, but her ideas were a lot more varied than mine were, and she got a lot further much faster.
I think I'll need to give it another go.

Okay, I can deal with that. My eyes were having a hard time focusing with all of that bright, moving shit against a fair bit darker background.

I'll admit, most of my time in Scribblenauts was spent entirely on dicking around on the title screen, then playing the odd puzzle. The action levels look interesting, though, and so far I haven't tried many of them. Most of them I've just seen my girlfriend play through, so I'll have to stop watching if I want to come up with any creative solutions.
I find wings and rope is too easy a cure-all, though.
I've gotten through 2 and a half worlds and haven't played for a few days now. It's not holding my attention but neither is UT3 that I found for $14. I think it is just my college social life getting in the way.
I walked across campus and back to get my jacket at 9:30 so I wouldn't have to walk without it at 12. It was cold as shit and I'm so glad I got it. Last Friday was beautiful, Saturday was absolute shit with rain and now it's suddenly windy and cold. It's gonna start snowing in a few weeks.

I've played 3 & 4. I respect the series, but I'm terrible at it.
Yet I've beaten Prinny, go figure.
Now that I'm at a level where my party members stop dying to fucking killer bats this game is pretty awesome

$5. It's worth giving it a try at that price.
Shoot, you're getting your money's worth just for the OST.
