    anybody remember that one Norwegian Death Metal band, I want to say back in the early 90's, and one of the band members went to the back of the recording studio and blew his brains out? And then the rest of them came out, took a picture and made it the album cover. And then one guy took a piece of his skull and put it on a necklace.

    This could be entirely false.

    The band member of the guy that Varg Vikernes killed found his body and took a picture of the body for their album that was coming out.

    I can't decide which show I want to go to the week after next

    tuesday is the Cymbals Eat Guitars/Depreciation Guild/POBPAH tour, but I don't really care for Pains. I like the other two a lot though.

    wednesday DJ/Rupture is at the empty bottle and Most Serene Republic is at Schubas. I'd pick Rupture on this one.

    Friday has Matt & Kim, or Regina Spektor, or Datarock, but I probably can't afford Spektor tickets. Datarock have the venue advantage where Matt & Kim would probably put on the best show

    when they played at a bar on my campus a few years ago they threw this giant plastic hammer into the crowd and people were hitting eachother with it

    one dude got slammed in the face so hard that it broke his nose
