The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Nope I would not worry until near the end of the week.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
I got mine on Saturday down here in SoCal. Or at least thats when I checked my mail and found them, they could have even been there before then for all I know.

Just as an aside, if you're not from the US of A, the tickets won't be posted to you. You have to pick them up from the registration booths, where ever they are...
Was some badge company in New York cheaper than any locals then? Or is Penny Arcade moving its headquarters to the east coast, and that's the *real* reason for PAX East??

Reed Exhibition does a lot of the PAX logistics now (part of the reason there even is a PAX East), and Reed is Based on the east coast and took care of the badges this year.
Yes, we know the rules are obvious, but it also gives us the ability to, if someone is being a complete tool, point to it and say "Get out. Don't say we didn't warn you."

Got mine today in a Fed Ex, or UPS envelope. Didn't care which one, just saw it, knew what it was, and ripped it opened. And I live in Oklahoma. Now let's hope I don't loose the damn thing.

Seattle is just getting them today becuase they were shipped from NY, as opposed to previous years where they were shipped from seattle...
You are further away from seattle :P
Give it until the end of the week, they have probably gone out in waves.
Have you checked your mail today? I got mine today and I live in Silverdale.
No. They started getting received on Saturday.
Can't waaaaait!
That's pretty much the same distance from the East coast.
I do like the convenience of the satellite theatres listed on there, though.
Rules are wise and rather PA to place it there, but all common sense kind of stuff.
Yay!!!
Got mine!!!
Also, I was Lemoning BigRed all last night.
I kinda expected more than an envelope.

There are different colors for different badges. For example, BYOC last year was orange, and press was yellow? I think that's right.
