Pretty much what the title says. I'm interested in movies where the bad guy gets it in the end (not really action movies, because that obviously happens in almost every one).
Here are some examples to give you a better picture:
-Last House of the Left
-Kevin Bacon film of a few years ago where he starts killing criminals.
Are you looking for really violent ends? Because really, the list of movies where the antagonist is beaten by the protagonist is pretty huge.
I mean, hey, Star Wars. Right?

Heat is pretty good in terms of what you are describing, and fucking awesome in terms of a film in general.

I'm having a hard time imagining a film where you could describe someone as 'the bad guy' but it isn't an action film or some sub-genre of an action film.
Are things like Falling Down or LA Takedown what you mean? Like, where the bad guy is actually the main protagonist(s) and they die in the end? I mean, they are basically action films, but.
I guess I just sort of spoiled those two films for anyone who hasn't seen them.

happy go lucky, wherein the bad guy is the miserable driving instructor...
heartbreak ridge, wherein the bad guy is anybody not recon
you got served, wherein there are multiple bad guys and they are all white people who jack moves to win contests
edit: also: the prince of tennis movie, wherein the bad guy can't play tennis all that great
the initial D movie, wherein the bad guys are people who don't "shift to drift"
If we are talking vigalante style films, The Brave One by Jodie Foster fits neatly into that category. Suitably violent and satisfying. Plus, you can't go wrong with a bit of Jodie!!!
Not to completely derail what movies you are looking for, but for some reason when I read the thread topic my mind instantly wandered off to Dog Day Afternoon. Worth Checking out, but not what you're specifically looking for.
what? in bruges end terribly for everyone are you kidding?
Sure, including the bad guy.
Hell, they were all bad guys. So it ended terribly for all the bad guys. Colin Farrell's fate is left unclear. At worst he died, at best he lived the rest of his life in Bruges; either way, an unpleasant outcome. But he killed a priest and a child so, yeah.
Christ, even the racist dwarf gets his head blown off.
Bad guys getting their comeuppance left, right and centre.

what about
Ken? sure he was an assassin but he was a pretty nice guy.
and Yuri, who just wanted to talk about how nice the alcoves were to anyone who would listen and is now out of a job
and Clemence Poesy, because no one that hot could be bad outside of a bond movie

Thanks!
Death Sentence I think is the Kevin Bacon one. If you like that then make sure you've watched the original Crow film. They're pretty similar, even has some of the same lines in it I think.

Oh, hey I'm making a game! Check it out: Dr. Weirdo!
I mean, hey, Star Wars. Right?
we also talk about other random shit and clown upon each other
But yeah, usually the antagonist loses. Maybe a better explanation of what you mean by Fucked Up.

I think there was only like one scene that the antagonists got the upperhand

Great Flick !
*(so long as you can handle the scene where Willem Dafoe is dancing around a crime scene while listening to classical music)
you know what ends awesome for the good guy?
lucky number slevin
Still I have never seen a film where the bad guy doesn't get killed. Often in a hilariously overexaggerated manner.
Ocean's 11 qualifies I think.
that's why we call it the struggle, you're supposed to sweat

Terrorist starts civil war, tears country apart, eventually gets his comeuppance.
