It's not so much that's CIT is easier, just more along the lines of focused on different things.
And I just checked BLS, actually! I was thinking along the lines of CIT or mathematical statistics. Both are things that I'm fairly interested in, still pay fairly well, and think I would enjoy to a point.

Yesterday I found out that I had the highest average in my school last year
also I had the highest mark in a bunch of different subjects and did well on a bunch of math contests
Got several emails yesterday from people trying to alert the alumni that there was a major budget cut to the music department, and as a result they were having to drop the vocal performance part of the music department. The vocal performance major is a rather small part of the whole department and it involves a series of classes that aren't even available for the general music, instrumentalists, or even vocal education majors, so it seemed like this could actually be true. I noticed a person who is currently in that program was online so I forwarded him the email and asked if he had heard about this. He had not and went to ask his voice teacher about it.
Turns out she ALSO had not heard about this. She grabbed a few of the other voice teachers and they stormed to the Fine Arts Office to demand some answers. The dean, when confronted by these people, said he had also not heard about any of this and that it must be a rumor which had spun out of control. Then the phones started ringing. Part of the email that was being sent around mentioned that we need to write letters of protest to these people who are tied in some way to the school system. They had received many, many angry letters about something which wasn't even true. Outstanding.
Today all the vocal people were forced to attend this meeting so they could be told by the dean about this. Hilarious and awkward.
People probably should have been suspicious when the name of the dean was spelled wrong and they said they were going to fire all the people with tenure instead of the part-time teachers.
I'm fucked for certain questions: Sequences and series in calculus, and counting problems in algebra ('how many ways can you pick 4 different cards from a pack of 52' and shit). I'm not sure whether working on that or getting the stuff I'm decent with really good will work out better.

spanish project due thursday that is something i should have been working on for last 3 weeks but tried to work on this weekend but barely made progress
which wouldnt be so bad if that wasnt combined with the fact i have a total of at least 14 hours worth of job interviews, not counting commuting time, which i've yet to prepare for
a proposal for a fieldwork project due tomorrow which i have 0 clue about what to do
a massive problem set to do
and starting to put together my lecture for my seminar, in which i need to give a 50 minute lecture and do a lot of math and research

CS project due Thursday that's going to take me at least thirteen or fourteen hours.
calc exam tomorrow that I need to study for tonight.
Add my regular class schedule to that.
I have an E&M midterm tomorrow covering new material, with no formula sheet allowed, and there's also an assignment due in the same class on the same day.
who was it that had the story about the professor who could not pronounce "qualitative" and "quantitative" differently? and she wrote them on the board and pointed whenever she said it?

Did I mention that in a stats course I took, the instructor's Chinese accent was such that there was no phonetic difference between how she said qualitative and how she said quantitative.
There were times where she would write both on the board and point to the one she meant while saying it.

I am doing perfectly on every assignment though so I will still probably end up with like an 85
also fuck why is this calculus so different from my high school calculus
my high school sucked
My first semester of calculus was like identical to the year before final year's calculus, but this semester is like nearly all new stuff but it's pretty easy to understand so woo
what shit are you doing atm?

My friends all took their physics GRE yesterday
I took no GRE, instead I had job interviews that are depressing

what? that's dumb
but then I made my decision on where to go to school by using that Kaplan list and sorting it by LSAT score.
Anything that had a median of 2 points above me to 4 points below and was not in the South or the Midwest I applied to
and then I made my final decision based on who threw the most scholarship dollaz at me
also I had the highest mark in a bunch of different subjects and did well on a bunch of math contests
motherfucker
no that was grade 11 I'm in my last year now
