Major performance issues with PA currently

I am not getting any errors, but I am getting sluggish response, pages fail to load, and sometimes the CSS doesn't come along for the ride.

Anyone else having problems?

    I've seen a few issues recently, but it's pretty rare and sporadic.

    It's probably related to database issues or something.
