Well it's that time again when news about PAX starts flooding in. So, here's a thread to post links to news and blog posts and podcasts relating to PAX. I know we have a few bloggers and podcasters here on the forums, and yes, you can post links to your own blog here, so long as it's to a specific post that is PAX related.

Here's a loose format to use, but don't feel obligated to stick to it.

    Brief Synopsis: We recently conducted an interview of as many of the PAX10 as we could get a hold of, which turned out to be 8 of them. We're missing Tag and Trino. The episode includes discussion about what the general game play is as well as why they think they should win the Audience Choice Award at PAX - in addition to some other semi-random questions about their entry.

    Brief Synopsis of Article: This site is an offshoot of my Geeky Pleasures Radio Show. There are press releases on it from PAX, different articles and new releases from some of the exhibitors at PAX and other PAX related news and info on it as well just plain old different geek related things. As well there are interviews available for download that I have done with Wil Wheaton, Phil Plait and Shane Nickerson. Once PAX is over, all of the interviews I will be doing at PAX will be uploaded there as well as broadcasted on my radio station.

    I will be doing the PAX 09 report radio Tuesday sep 8th at 6:20 AM. This will be on KISW radio. People can listen at 99.9 FM or online at KISW.Com. We will talk about the show as well as some of the hot games that made an impression.

    I wanted to find you and smell you but could not. I realize how horrible that sounds.

    Can you please wear the cologne next year so I can smell you? You'll probably understand my not giving my mailing address over the net to people I don't know. (No matter how damn good they smell)

    I'm gonna go feel horribly skeezy for the rest of the week. As well as admit some jealousy over you being sniffed by khoo indirectly. Oh god it just gets worse must stop typing

    I wore diesel. It is really far too strong but I thought it would mask any nerd funk from other attendees. Alas, it did not. The funk overpowered it several times. :(

    Oh, it got worse after that. There was one part where Tycho was trying to answer another question and Gabe just kept huffing on that card and swooning. Hopefully someone has video of that.

    edit: it is a really strong cologne that I got for Christmas. I rarely wear it but I made an exception for being trapped in an enclosed space with nerds.

    ps i would have no problem with smelling like diesel fuel.
