Doesn't have to be at the convention centre. Bit of a bind here, however as I do not have a hotel room, a car, or a BYOC seat. I'd be arriving at the Greyhound and staying at my friend's place, who is working during the day. There may or may not be lockers available at the bus station.
If you see a poor soul carrying around luggage, that's me.

As a (possibly bad) idea, you could try to convince one of the hotels nearby that you're staying there and see if they can hold your luggage. Usually the concierge desk isn't going to look up your reservation if you simply ask them to hold some bags.

Have your friend leave a key somewhere so that you can drop your luggage off (or meet him at his work). Carry a backpack during the day with essentials. Once you collect a bunch of schwag that you don't want to carry head to the closest fedex and ship it off to your home.

The greyhound station is pretty seedy, you probably wouldn't want to leave your bags there even if they did have lockers.
You could try and get a near by gym/fitness center to give you a free trial pass to their facility and then use the locker room for the day if you bring your own lock. Probably not the nicest thing to do, but if you really can't work something out with the friend's apartment or Fed Ex, you could try it in a pinch. The gym might get suspicious when they see you rolling in with a suitcase and a PAX badge though. At least try and look like you're there to use the gym...
I went down there this morning. I've been many times before for 2600. Couldn't find anything useful.
I suggest a car if you can. Garage told me leave anytime (even past midnight) for 10$. Bus only runs till midnight.

All greyhound stations do have locker storage as well as train yards usually...just a suggestion and I have no idea how close the expo is to it but hey its an Idea I heard someone else used last year(the greyhound station was directly mentioned ) Good luck!

Let's say that if that's the case, you should take it back to your hotel room. Or your car, if you drove. Or your BYOC seat, if you have one.

Either that or make friends with someone in one of the nearby hotels who doesn't mind you taking up their closet or something.
