In New York, things are quiet. Guards and UNATCO soldiers roam the streets after the violence of the last few days, putting a halt to the otherwise constant crime but reassuring few with their presence. Word on the street is the NSF hurt them, and hurt them badly.
In Paris, the military forces have declared martial law, and inforce a strict curfew; anyone disobeying risks being summarily shot. The resistance groups are no longer putting up a fight, and rumor is they've been wiped out.
In Hong Kong, things continue as normal on the surface; but people keep to themselves, and what conversation does go on is dark and brief. While things are calm, it has the feeling of a calm before a storm, that things are about to explode.
Wherever you go; a bar, a store, at home on your computer, the talk seems to find you. Don't trust the authorities, it's all a conspiracy, there are spies everywhere. It's time for us to rise up, the whispers and e-mails say; they might have guns, but they can't be everywhere all the time. Figure out who's working for them, pass the word, and maybe someone can arrange an accident. There's no one left to trust. We have to handle this ourselves.
Please remember that there are no vote retractions. The first time you vote inredthe vote will be cast and you will not be able to change it.
Clarification: To join a faction you need to PM the host with the name of a core member of that faction. The faction doesn't need to know or approve and wont learn your identity, but if you want to work with that faction you'll need to introduce yourself.
Clarification: Votes are permanent, but any ability done in PMs can be changed or canceled right up until the action takes effect. This includes joining a faction.
Trust, you know what I'm going to do. Should I even bother with the charade?
C'mon, boy. Stop trying to hit me and HIT ME! AZNMAN
See this right here?
We could be working together and TRYING FOR A JOINT WIN CONDITION somewhere down the line, but you obviously don't play to those do you?
Jesus, winning with the person who your role PM states is your enemy is not winning in my book. El Skid won, thanks to me. Morally, I won by making that choice. And that really grinds your gears, huh?

Also, someone fill the last slot please. I'm so excited for my very first Phalla that it would be a shame if no one else filled it.
I might get so sad I would fly into an uncontrollable rage and destroy the forums.
