There was supposed to be a reorganisation of pretty much everything a month or so ago, but this hasn't happened for myriad reasons, so now everybody is reorganising themselves on an ad-hoc basis, which is how you end up with things like entire teams not being included in mandated training sessions (which, in turn, is why I got landed with this).
