Hey guys, check out this rad new NERF sword.

The new N-Strike Marauder Long Sword.
It's pretty damn slick and bigger than the other swords that came out a bit ago. It has a nice broadsword kinda feel to it. It's about 41 inches whereas the previous ones were 32.

I expect the Nerf modding community to turn it into a Master Sword very shortly.
Also, Nerf needs to make some damn sheathes for these things as well as a holster that fits a Maverick.

Yeah, they're foam, but still pretty solid. They don't seem like they'd get all bendy and floppy if you smacked things with them.

When we move into our new building in March and I have an office to myself, I'm totally taking mine in.
People have them here in open bullpens of about 80 people.

The stuff Nerf has been putting out lately makes me wish I was eight again, or that I had a kid I could buy them for as an excuse.
Lever action rifle has a 6 shot clip, and the darts have to be loaded into little bullet casings to fire, and they eject from the gun after every shot.
Shotgun is a break away gun that loads when you snap it, and it also ejects the shells between shots, and carrys 4 shots in the stock I believe.
I'd take it in now, but the office I share is just too small.
I own them both. The lever action is better, but still not as good as it could be.
It is. I just saw this at Fred Meyer when I went to get some milk tonight. It is very much designed for two hands.

I heard the shotgun is pretty weak, and I'm not on a nerf bend anymore so, not goin' for it.
The Longshot is pretty close to that.
