Plut comes through like a champ! A champ that can bake up delicious treats!
Upon my arrival home last night I was greeted by a box that had "handle with care" scrawled all over it. My, my...what could it be?!
Opening it up reveals a lovely note from Plut in which she described the goodies inside. We have:
Nutella-swirled vanilla cupcakes (which are as delicious as they sound)
Caramel cupcakes (which the deliciousness of has not yet been confirmed but outlook looks good)
And then a whole bunch of cookies called Kringls, Kringla, Kringl-infinity sign. (the last letter is tough to make out). These are pretty out of this world. Light, slightly cakey, moist, not overly sweet and perfect to be dipped in tea. Tea that Plut was also wonderful enough to provide. A nice loose leaf Earl Grey (my favorite) that has what I think is a hint of lavender in it.
Thank you, Plut!! Everything is great! Also, to address your concerns the Kringlasdfasds make it ok. A few got busted up, but most seem to be intact. Also also, the individual foil wrapped cupcakes are hilarious AND convenient.
so today I received two packages in the mail
one was a package from an unidentified sender in Wasilla, AK and contained a bunch of yummy double chocolate chip cookies
unless my cookie satan steps forward and identifies him/herself, I'm going to assume it's Sarah Palin
thank you Mrs. Palin!
the other package was from Plut who just sent me stuff because she's awesome and she likes me
she sent me an assortment of fine teas that I'm eager to try, as well as the Pioneer Woman cookbook!
did I mention Plut is awesome? because she is
I've got some stuff to send to you as well plut, but it'll be about a week before it gets sent out
I got a package at my parents today from someone in IL. Seeing as I wont be able to get to them until next week, im going to assume that my XXXChange baker sent them to me. Sorry I wont be able to eat them right now!

Today is a good day.
Today I returned home to find a box on my coffee table.
A box of cookies.
From a duck!
I've only had one so far (the jam-filled one on top there) because I went straight to visit my mother after work, but it was delicious and I'm looking forward to the rest of the box. There are so many. I'd let my wife help, but she has the diabeetus.
She will probably help anyways. She's a terribly disobedient wife, and a poorly behaved diabetic.
I wasn't sure if you guys were positive yes/no yet so I figured I should warn about the booze if it was a definite yes. Next time I will send adorable baby stuff instead.

Vision of Clarity mailed me some cookies!
They are incredibly delicious. The rum balls... omfg. I can see getting drunk off of them tonight
So I went to my parents today to pick up my package. It was in a yellow USPS shipping padded envelope. Had 2 bags of walnut/cinnamon cookie balls. Not sure how to describe them exactly, but they are fucking delicious. Package also had peppermint canes in it, which unfortunately got smashed quite a bit in transit. Thankfully they are just as delicious in pieces!
So thank you mystery forumer, I have no forum handle to thank as there was no note. So Mr. IL - thanks!
So my fudge should be arriving today, if the dudes at the post office are to be trusted
got your fudge today. SO GOOD! THANK YOU
Hooray!
Now to bake another batch for Secret Satans
E: I really hope they weren't too thick, I ended up having to stir them for twice as long as recommended because we ran out of vanilla, and my mom ran to the store to buy more

I also got to see (and help make) the stuff neville is sending out and man it is hella yums, you guys.
Thanks! They are super good! I love the butterscotch chips in them.
Extraordinary takes time
Just got my cookie package today! It's got yummy pecan-sandy-ish cookies, and candy too! There's peppermint bark, orange chocolate bark, and "mexican chocolate bark with Chipolte caramel!"
I couldn't find a screen name, but thank you so much for the treats, Washington cookie buddy! It all looks fantastic!
And yes, they are awesome. I haven't had cookies like this before, but I really enjoy them!

because we always have leftover cookies and many I have not seen mentioned
