Well, you can still feel sound even if you're partially or entirely deaf - so I guess it depends on your interpretation
100%, silence
but 100% hearing death takes a long, long time
and before that there'll probably be nothing but years of an excruciating whistling or wailing or buzzing or swishing sound in your head
I believe this remains the only piece of Classical music inspired by the Vietnam War.
