Easy is way too easy. Also, the positions are really unbalanced.
In my Easy game, I killed every zombie near me, and am in the middle of the pack as Men of the West. And nothing in range near me to gain me any additional honor.
In my Normal game, as the Goblins/Orc faction, I'm in the lead by 100 points with a couple zombies left around me.
In both games, there isn't even a tiny chance of us losing.
How did no one manage to win previously?

Well 150+ strong zombie troll armies from the start tended to destroy everyone. They made the game significantly easier recently.

And this isn't even hard. Penny Arcadia is just Normal.
Purple has Fey and Nymphs, and I suspect that things will get balanced out before release, human wizards get a ungodly boost from orc tribes.

Yeah I'm already moving my Ents back, and if the Blight moves towards me I can lock it down with Entangle. I'm also reinforcing, and building up an Elven force to use Hunt on the bastards

Speaking of Hunt. If I have a Hunt pending against one of my armies, which of the 2 purple abilities will stop it? Or will both, or neither?
I could still really really use a little bit of red, to let me pull of my plan to use the orc special ability on some Merchants and Wizards. 12 Red coins would be fine, and I can give about 30 yellow coins in return.

Are these like mercenaries that everyone has access to? Can you mostly only hire your own race?
"race" is a relative term. it's separated into colors
blue has humans which include infantry, traders, enchantresses and wizards
green has elves, gnomes, ents and centaurs
yellow has dwarves, cyclops and I don't know what else
uhh orange has goblins, hobgoblins and trolls
red is orcs, I think that might be the only race
purple has...I dunno
You get two starting colors. You can bribe people from any color, you can conquer a town of any color, but you can't create new armies of a color outside your starting two unless you're a subscriber to the game.

Well, I just wrecked said zombie troll armies. That's part of why I'm confused. How exactly can you make the individual armies "easier"? The combat is a straight number comparison.

This is some damn fast coin trading that I'm missing out on.
Well, it is still only potential coin trading. What with all the bribing and trading going on it will probably take like 12 hours for them all to go through. Still, the earlier you distribute the coins the better we will do in the long run.
