    The spoiler button below will take you to the back image I plan to use for the PAX East 2011 badge.
    PAX_East_2011_PA_Forum_Badge_Back_version_1.jpg

    Note that the writing will be enlarged a little for clarity, but I think it sets off the list of names rather well and includes the much loved wax seal.

    TRIVIA QUESTIONS TIME! Here they be in all their glory:
    1) Name an unofficial PAX East community event:

    * PAX East Train Alliance
    * Pre-PAX East Dinner
    * Pre PAX East Gaming Night
    * Cookie Brigade
    * Pre-PAX Bar Crawl
    * Pre PAX Lunchtime Fried Food Extravaganza

    2) Who made the Forum Badges?

    Kropotkin [Pr: KRO-POT-KIN]

    3) Do Gabe and Tycho read the PAX forums?

    No

    4) Name the primary forum admin

    Moe Fwacky

    5) What are exchanged by Forum members during PAX East

    Trading cards.

    6) What colour are the forums in?

    Blue background with white text.

    7) Why do key forum threads have the word [East] as a prefix in their titles?

    They are threads that relate to PAX East 2011 in Boston as opposed to PAX Prime in Seattle.

    8) There is a group of PAX attendees that sell crunchy and sweet foodstuffs for the Childsplay charity during the event. What is this group called?

    The Cookie (& Biscuit) Brigade

    9) How many names are printed on the back of the PAX East Forum Badge?

    TBD

    10) According to the forums, it is a general rule that PAX is most definately not, under any cirumstances a BLANK service. What is the 'blank'?

    I didn't see mine on there either, but it could just be a draft with more added to it before it's completed, hence the open spaces? Let's hope.

    It does indeed look awesome though.

    You might want to darken the text on the back a few notches. It's very faded, and not to mince details but typically if the names were scribed at the same time as the document text they would appear in as rich and deep a color. Another color choice you MIGHT want to consider that was common on some scroll work was a deep reddish color.

    One last REALLY nit-picky detail. Typically scrolls were maintained in a rolled fashion or in flat folios, so you probably would get a quartering fold like that, especially with a seal.

    Okay - looking at it more a few other things (sorry!)

    The seal is a bit too bright and seems to float above the parchment too much. It might look better with a drop shadow and oriented in more a straight up down fashion (maybe better at the bottom as well, seals tended to be there.)

    Could you possibly emboss the PAX East logo on the seal so it was the same color as the wax (making it look more like a real seal?)

    And definitely need to shift the placement at least a little so that the "h" of death is not obscured. An interior seal would never be poured or pressed in a place that would block text.

    (Wow... okay, so that's actually a lot of criticism. Can you tell I was an SCA nerd? :) )

    ...zing!

    The back image looks great; the only thing bugging me is the slightly-floaty seal. It also looks a bit "clean" compared to the parchment, maybe scuff it up a bit? I dunno. Still love it!

    I'm really a fan of the subtleties that were added on the front-facing design. The triforce and the fish silhouette made me smile.

    As for the back I love the script look and seal. However, as one poster already said the one thing that really jumped out at me was the seal blocking the "h" in death.
