as bad as sugar is for your health artificial sweetener is worse. It is as bad or worse than MSG. It can stress your body so that it becomes harder to lose weight and in some people can damage nerves in many different ways.
Please drink tea or coffee with real sugar or at least real sugar sodas. I have friends who have numerous health problems and I can't get them to listen so I guess i feel the need to preach to you, sorry.
I've got a pretty substantial pouch going on, which has not been helped by Jordyn and I taking up drinking. I've actually lost a fair amount of it already, though, and actually can go to the second notch on my belt, which I'm excited about.

I drink a ton of soda. We tend to buy 24-packs of cans, usually about $7 per pack. That's pretty cheap, even if I drink a couple, it's still cheaper than buying a daily coffee.
Real supporters of the metric system measure volume in m^3.
(Also "liter" is the silly American spelling of "litre". You shouldn't be allowed to choose the spelling of a unit you don't even use!)

There are many things a wiser man would tell me I should be giving up.
1. Cigarettes
2. Booze
3. Opioids
(Note: I do none of these in excess, and I never mix #'s 2 and 3. I'm reckless, not stupid. Okay well maybe a little stupid.)
I fully intend to give up none of these things. I may consider giving up drinking depending on how the next couple of months turn out.
Instead I will begin exercising regularly in what will most likely prove an impotent, unavailing attempt to avoid dying before 50. But at least I'll die with a smile on my face and I'll be thin enough to fit into a regular coffin. :P
In all seriousness, I'd really like to give up the agoraphobia, but I'm not sure I have a say in that.
edit: Also, MSG and soy are both wonderful

I know people who don't care for it, but well
