I'm still kind of amazed Pete and Pete ever existed
Like, how did a show that clever and surreal even get made back then? It wasn't even that it was "Good, for a kid's show," it was legitimately great, and risky and weird as hell. Shit, I can't even imagine it getting made now.
There were some really melancholy episodes of that show
Most of them, now that I think about it

Not being cruel, but it could be an age thing. For many people of my generation, it was our first exposure to Batman, so it sticks with us. I personally prefer the Bruce Timm iterations of Batman (JL, JLU, Under the Red Hood) above all others. For many of us, Kevin Conroy will ALWAYS be Batman.

the thundercats remake really threw me with how fast they breezed through any backstory, taking almost no time for ANY of it in a rush to get it all explained
and did they ever say why they hate lizards or are they just racists

Are you seriously discussing the handling of "backstory" in a show about cartoon cat people

and especially not if you dissin' on Batman
...
man this post feels like a parody of my posts
I can forgive your opinion of Doug for this.
But I felt Brave and The Bold was just as good, if not a little better.
Steam
sometimes a guy wants to talk legitimate film
but most of the time I wanna talk about Batman punching dudes
just in an asinine way

And I was just watching Kenan and Kel on the youtubes, thinking there's got to be a better way.

the most racist animal of all, however, is the dung beetle
I have difficulty justifying those friendships, sometimes
(that being said, The Midnight Bomber What Bombs At Midnight is the best villain ever)
doubt I missed much
are you dung? no? THEN FUCK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
aren't you supposed to revere these animals, TLB
I just realized
someone born in 1990 can legally drink in the us
how the fuck did that happen

at my school, during the summer, they open it up to this thing called Project FUN, that is basically how-to-make-videogames camp for grade school kids
there are kids there learning game design and 3d animation that are younger then the original Xbox
they grew up never knowing a time without online multiplayer shooters on a console or 3d graphics
that blows my fucking mind
it is william klein gone insane
Oh my god
