By the way I only just now noticed that apparently future Earth is ruled by Danes or at least Scandinavians - the sun is called Sol(en) and the Earth, Jord(en) in the Scandinavian languages (-en is the definite article). Probably intentional when the designer is named Petersen.
Well, when people aren't around, people aren't around. It's okay for things to be slow at the start, for teams to coordinate, but later in the game, I'm hoping that once teams are in sync with one another, the pace of the game will pick up a bit. (I suppose the idea is to go at the pace of the faster teammate once a direction has been decided upon, rather than needing to convene meticulously for each decision.)

Map and status updates, by the way, will come after significant changes. In the beginning, when there is little interaction, these will be less frequent, but later on, I'll post them more regularly.

Sorry about my absence. There's been a major incident at my work that pretty much had all of us working minimum 12 hour days to fix the problem. So I hadn't had time for the forums. I'll try and catch up quickly.
