Beloved forumer (and recipient of the rare Excellence In Posting Award) Macera was discovered dead today. I don't have any details and I think we can all agree that it would be tasteless for anyone to seek them, so let's use this thread to raise a jar to Macera, share stories of his many victories in battle and wish him well on his trip to Sovngarde.

Macera was my one of my best friends, so I had the unfortunate task of bearing the news.
But thank you all so much. His dad gave me this task, so I can at least tell him he got a helluva send-off.
But if there is, I hope he becomes Aquaman. He would have been such a better Aquaman than Aquaman ever was
