Yeah, I wasn't really much of a fan of Princess and the Frog, but he was pretty great.
And probably had the best villain songs out of any of the modern disney movies.
A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.
Mother Gothel is amazing as well, because she's the perfect villain for the current crop of youngsters; a smotheringly attentive, strict parent.
edit: and also, you always knew someone like her, that sort of evil manipulative matriarch who uses basically emotional abuse and co-dependency to keep the people around her, well, around.
Many wonders are visible when flying over the Earth at night. A compilation of such visual spectacles was captured recently from the International Space Station (ISS) and set to rousing music. Passing below are white clouds, orange city lights, lightning flashes in thunderstorms, and dark blue seas. On the horizon is the golden haze of Earth's thin atmosphere, frequently decorated by dancing auroras as the video progresses. The green parts of auroras typically remain below the space station, but the station flies right through the red and purple auroral peaks. Solar panels of the ISS are seen around the frame edges. The ominous wave of approaching brightness at the end of each sequence is just the dawn of the sunlit half of Earth, a dawn that occurs every 90 minutes.

Any other 'mechanical advancement' clip I've personally seen had me chuckling/eye-rolling at the "OH WE ALL GETTING ROBOT FUCKED NOW" statements that inevitably accompanied the footage.
Those were, however, my exact words at the 18mph part.

As soon as footage started coming back from the ISS external camera people were convinced it was all computer generated.
Nope, just like a Canon 5D MkII with a wide L lens. A setup you can buy at Best Buy for about 2 grand.

The music just... completes the whole thing so perfectly.
Mainly that I DO plan on becoming a teacher very soon, and I've said some horrible horrible things here. And my previous U.N. is used in connection with me in many places, now.
I never anticipated becoming one of you people when I started here!
Also, the nickname, which had meaning, no longer applies!

I'm watching a Let's Play by a lady who sounds like Emily Blunt, so much so that after a while I gave up on differentiating, and now in my head she's just Emily Blunt. This takes the video from "good" to "magical".

But #pipe, my pocket digicam has 16 megapixels! That's only a little bit less! It should take pictures just as good, right?
