i usually do gold as a drell adept or infiltrator of some sort
i haven't used an engineer, but i think i'd be alright
wouldn't touch it as a vanguard (at least for now), wouldn't use a soldier (batarian is probably okay for gold, but I'm not sure my damage output would be high enough to really pull my weight), don't use sentinels in general
the asari justicar looks tough enough to eat scrap metal for breakfast
I don't hate the character model at all
Miss me? Find me on:

It's pretty easy to be an engineer in gold if you're just providing support. I just respec'd my Geth Engineer to do more damage because it was boring just keeping everyone else alive. Now with a few points in Hunter Mode and a couple more levels on my GPS I can get some damage done.

i'm afraid to take my batarian soldier into a gold match because my "run into the middle of a crowd and shotgun + ballistic blade everything" strategy would only end in tragedy

actually it works pretty well because ballistic blades makes everything stagger

I got the asari justicar with area effect reave and maxed defensive buffs, fulldefensive bubble, maxed fitness.
I am hilariously sturdy. I can take 3 geth prime shots on gold without my shields dropping, and I regen before the prime starts another volley
It's best if there's another adept around to then detonate my reaves, though.
Also human engineer is baller on GGW, you can do energy drain -> overload tech combos all day long

well i didn't get the cone spread upgrade
mistake?
No. It's got a pretty good cone on it already. I still don't like Batarians on gold though. Not when the full benefit of one power is requires getting hit with enemy melee attacks.

got an asari justicar
i have unlocked three characters
two of them are asari
I'm asari you feel that way
thank you shoe
you should probably play it better then OOOOOHHHHHH
my vanguard is named Britta and the Justicar is named Perry
next asari I get i'm going to name Bagel
me too
well the other one was a krogan so it's not like I'm ever playing anything else anyway
i got a geth engineer as my first unlock at least
mmmmmaybe a geth infiltrator but i dunno
now I'll just bring whatever into a gold match I'm probably gonna end up in a white gold geth anyways

I haven't done gold in a while, but my preferred classes for it are the justicar, the geth engineer, and the salariengineer

have they still not fixed that stupid wave ten exploit?
sheez.
oh and i ran into a new purchase fuck-up this weekend.
game froze when i opened the store, had to quit the game, came back... credits and xp from my last match deleted.
but then
there wouldn't be any well adjusted people signing up for that job
well i didn't get the cone spread upgrade

the necessary ones are range and explosive blades
Well, guess I'll try it with range next time I promote.

I have sabre II.
I will never use it.

It's kinda cool as a change of pace on Silver!
I tried it with an Infiltrator on Gold and it was...not satisfactory.
maybe i'll switch it up once promotion time comes along
which it should since all my guys have been at 20 for quite a while
i'm not going to try to run into a brute charge
so why am i taking an upgrade i'll be doing my damnedest to avoid using
even if it works and kills the brute it's just like
great
but i'm still almost dead
i should have not done that
